Premier Bioceuticals LLC strives to ensure that our products achieves the highest quality and purity. We cannot guarantee, however, that any of our products will produce specific results for all people. Please keep in mind that every person is different and will respond differently to supplementation. As always, please consult with a health care practitioner if you are considering the use of any supplement.
Policy for Returns, Refunds, and Replacement Orders:
(applying to orders shipped to addresses within the United States):
- All products may be returned within 60 days of shipment
- Shipping charges will not be refunded for returned orders
- Bulk orders returned will be refunded their full amount less a shipping charge (only applies to orders under $250).
- When only part of a multi-bottle order is returned unopened, customer will be charged the full price for the bottle(s) not returned and issued a refund for the remaining balance
- Orders not delivered due to our error or lost in transit will be re-shipped at no additional charge.
- Orders not delivered due to customer error will also be re-shipped at no charge. We understand that accidents happen and you shouldn’t be punished for it!
- Returns will be processed promptly and will usually be in the form of a credit to the originating form of payment.
Policy for International Orders
(applying to all orders shipped to non-U.S. addresses):
- International delivery times are not guaranteed. Normal arrival times are 7-12 business days. However, this is an approximate and sometimes orders arrive later. Best to email us if you have yet to receive your order.
- Customer is responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or other fees assessed upon importation by the customs agency of the destination country.
- Premier Bioceuticals is not responsible for shipments delayed or denied entry by customs but we are sympathetic and will attempt to ensure product arrives safely.
- Shipping fees for orders denied entry by customs or refused by the customer will not be refunded. This includes any fees assessed by USPS for return shipment to the United States. If the cost for return exceeds the value of the product, the package will be abandoned and no refund will be issued. Otherwise, a partial refund will be issued once the product has been returned. The amount refunded will equal the full cost of the order minus any charges assessed by UPS for delivery and/or return.

- Copy of your paper invoice or a printed copy of your e-mail receipt.

Because returns may occasionally be lost in transit, we recommend (but do not require) using a reliable delivery service (e.g. UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or Express Mail) that offers tracking or delivery confirmation. Premier Bioceuticals will issue a refund to your credit card (or other form of payment used) within two business days of receiving your return.

Shipping and Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return any product we sell that you are unsatisfied with for a full refund (less shipping costs).
You should expect to receive your refund promptly once we receive your returned shipment. The general time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, email us, or call. No RMA’s needed. Just ship back to us whatever you are returning along with your name and any other pertinent information. Our international shipping cost varies depending on weight and destination. Total freight costs will be displayed during checkout based upon your items and their destination country. Unless otherwise noted, free shipping offers do not apply to international orders.
We offer fast, reliable shipping via USPS International. In some countries, DHL may also interface with local carriers for the final delivery of your package.

Restrictions around items can change from time to time so checking with local authorities on the most current and up-to-date list of items is strongly recommended.
International Customer Addresses
To avoid long delays in delivering your package, or a package being returned to us, please ensure your international address information is correct and includes a telephone number for the delivery carrier to contact you should there be an issue in transit.
International Tracking information
We currently do not provide tracking information for international packages. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is processed and shipped by our fulfillment center. Please email us email@example.com if your package is taking an extended period of time to be delivered. We will track the package with the carrier to understand the delay.
